Mr. Capp is the CEO and founder of CustomerSuccess.Pro, a consulting company helping mid-size companies grow profit by implementing customer success best practices. Mr. Capp has implemented numerous customer success divisions for multi-million dollar companies and filled the role of VP of Customer Success at several tech startups.
During his 25 years working in technology and customer success, Mr. Capp has received many recognitions and awards. His leadership experience was featured in a 2012 book “Leading the High-Energy Culture – What the best CEOs do to create an atmosphere where employees flourish.” CIO Magazine awarded Mr. Capp the prestigious CIO100 award in 2011 for his innovative work in customer service technology. In 2007, he received an MBA from the world-famous University of Colorado Executive MBA program.
